Sealyham Terrier
Appearance: The Sealyham Terrier is dog breed that is usually coloured white, possibly with badger marking on the head. They grow up to 30cm with a weight of up to 9 kg. Althiugh small, the Sealyham has powerfull jaws, a muscular neck, and strong legs. Its coat is long and coarse, usually white or yellowish-white in color, and it must be stripped at least every six month to remove dead hair.

History: The Sealyham Terrier originates from Wales and was bred by crossing Basset Hounds , Bull Terriers , the Fox Terrier , the West Highland White Terrier , and the Dandie Dinmont Terrier . The Sealyham Terrier derives its name from Sealy Ham, Haverfordwest, Wales, the estate of Captain John Edwards, who developed a strain of dogs noted for their prowess in quarrying small game.
Temperament: The Sealyham Terrier is an intelligent and charming dog, although it can be stubborn and very terrier-like at times.
